All invoices issued by Robothouse are subject to Net 30 payment terms. Payment must be made in full within 30 calendar days from the invoice issue date.

Late Payments

Any payment not received within the Net 30 period will be considered overdue. Overdue balances will incur a late fee of 2% per month, calculated on the outstanding amount, until the balance is paid in full.

Responsibility for Payment

Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time, regardless of internal approval processes or billing cycles.

Right to Withhold Services

Robothouse reserves the right to suspend or withhold services for accounts with overdue balances until payment obligations are fulfilled.
